Have been through too many nonstick pans. They all get sticky after moderate use. This one is a champ. We raise chickens so eggs are a nearly daily event. Pretty much perfect omelettes every time and cleans up in a jiff. Followed directions and only use on low-medium heat and never use Pam or other products. Very happy with purchase!!

Amazing even heat distribution. I get little bubbles all the way across the entire surface; very consistent. Superb nonstick surface, best I've ever used. Even the outside is non-stick! This is going to be my go-to pan for cooking just about everything!
