I finally settled on this pan and one from Italy. We just started using it after we washed and seasoned it with olive oil. Heated nicely. Did fresh hash browns and the starch of the potatoes did not stick at all. Fried eggs and they slid right out. It is a beautiful pan, nice weight. I can't speak to longevity as we just got it, but so far we love it!
