This is Oben Aluminum Self-Standing Monopod that comes with mini legs to allows this monopod stand alone then you can focus on the object that you want to shot. This monopod is great to support your camera to get maximum stability on your video motion, especially for sports photography.

I use this with a DSLR with a mic amp and shotgun on top. It's a good stick and head for the price. light weight and works well with my set up. The legs periodically need tightened but not a big deal for me. I'd buy again.

This monopod can be folded up to 21.1″, so it is light enough to take it on your backpack. Not only that, but this monopod also comes with wrist strap and convenient belt clip that allows you attach this monopod on your belt or pocket. So, this monopod will always be on your side.

I mounted over 20 pounds of gear atop this thing without any flex or slipping. The twist locks are fantastic, just like on my Gitzo tripod. They work with more of a click-off/click-on feel than a loosen/tighten feel and all three can easily be manipulated with one hand making deployment quick. Haven't tried the spiked foot in came with. The rubber one seems to work fine on grass, dirt, and concrete so far.

This monopod comes with a rubber ball foot that will help to prevents it from sliding on smooth surfaces. Besides that, this monopod also capable of any kind of camera with 50 lb weight, so it will great to help you get a great stabilization on your shot and record. But, if you need a base that suitable to use on rough terrain, you can change it with a Rock-Claw or Foot Spike on the monopod.

I think the RRS MC-34 is a great monopod. It's expensive and a little on the larger side, but it's strong and lightweight, exactly what you want to help stabilize heavy glass (or whatever else you've got going on.)

This is a very nice monopod; well priced and apparent quality. However, I shoot high-end point and shoot cameras and a monopod does not offer the stability I need to shoot in low light. So, reluctantly I returned it. However, if I were shooting a DSLR, using the viewfinder rather than the screen to compose my photos, I would have kept this rather than return it as I did. It's much more stable with the camera to your face than with your arms outstretched. This monopod is ideal in weight and size for travel and would complement any photographer's arsenal.

it is stable and the feet work great on the monopod and standalone as a table top tripod. The feel and materials are top notch and it is very fun to use. Because of its weight and size your not really going steal mode when using this thing, but it is great for sports photography and shooting panning and landscape video and photographic shots. Great buy but do your research before you buy.
