When it comes to cold-weather gear, The North Face is one of the most well-known brands in the industry, and their Montana Mittens (and gloves) are an excellent option at a fair price. While their Montana gloves are more well-known, the mittens are a good alternative for those looking for a more affordable solution.

I love these North Face Mittens! They're warm, comfortable, offer easy adjustments, and the leashes are great, so you don't drop the mittens off the lift chair by accident.

Crab Grab focuses on two things: traction and mitts, and it excels at both. Their Snuggler Mitt is their warmest product, and it’s no surprise that it’s a team favorite. From Hokkaido to Alaska, the combination of PrimaLoft Gold Insulation throughout the mitt and PrimaLoft Grip-Control Insulation on the palm has kept riders warm. The 15K Hipora membrane insert is coupled with a 2L Crab-Shell Fabric with DWR finish, a design honed in for Crab Grab’s damp Pacific Northwest conditions. The mittens also include extra sticky palms and thumbs for effortless control while out on the mountain, since the brand is known for keeping things grippy.

The name Dakine’s Excursion could be deceiving, but this mitten is ready for a full-fledged adventure. This is another mitten with an over-the-cuff pattern that will go with any jacket cuff style. The wool mix lining keeps your fingers toasty even when you need to slip out of the mitts for a minute, and the combination of a flexible softshell and goat leather palm makes it exceptionally comfortable without losing durability. To keep water out, Dakine uses a GORE-TEX lining, and these mittens breathe nicely, so they’ll keep your hands toasty without becoming sweaty.

The Fall Line is a multi-purpose leather mitt. Its split-finger design allows you to adjust your helmet or bindings with the dexterity of a glove while keeping you toasty. The waterproofed quality cowhide shell and synthetic insulation will keep you warm no matter what Mother Nature tosses at you.

Great gloves .. Worth the money have used many inferior gloves and Hestra has always been a go to glove for the snow .. Great in cold temperatures, hands will sweat in warmer temperatures
