Ground 10-pounds for summer sausage, works very well. I used semi-frozen meat, cut into 1-inch square strips. Stuffer works great, 2-people job for me, one to feed, one to manage casing being stuffed. I used sausage cure mix from local spice company, smoked to 160 degrees, cooled. Great tasting stuff!

After freezing the grinder parts and cutting up a sirloin roast ( 4-lb ) and lean bacon 1/2-lb I ran it through the grinder twice using the coarsest grind.
