5 stars because I do use this tool to process my own deer burger,and this one is fast, can probably do a whole deer in about 20 minutes and I am slow. I did have a learning curve with the tool as partially froze will grind out better,I have made sausage with the attachment and made burger ,this thing is heavy and nothing on it is cheap looking, I spend more time on clean up than actual run time,I have had this grinder about 5 years still looks like new and will not have to worry about buying another in the future.

Very solid. Very heavy grinder head and I love the offset design so the meat feeds to the side of the auger. Very quiet for such a big machine. I see reviews about the tray not seating on the head, but I had no problems. Another review I saw said they were sending it back because the motor housing was painted white and not stainless steel. Protective film with "remove before use" right on it.

Great machine with lots of power. It is very easy to clean and works smoothly. I have used this numerous time and could not be happier with its speed and ease of use. The machine has a slicer to slice meat for ease of grinding. Both functions are smooth and easy to use. The slicer blades are exposed at the bottom. You will need to be cautious when moving machine as the slicer section seems like a great place to grab ahold.

wow am a farm girl and we raise are own beef. i could not belive how good this little machine work. we did a big deer with it it work as good as a big one so the size means nothing. i told so many others about it and how great it was to do up a hole deer. belive me for the price and all its one of a kind. so any hunters out there or farmers teust me on this one. i could not belive it my self how great it work.
