Perfect grinder. I use it just to make fresh ground beef every 2 weeks for the family. I usually grind about 10 to 15 pounds of chuck, London broil or rump roast, etc. and freeze it in freezer bags. Much better than buying store ground mystery beef and much leaner as well. You can really taste the difference in the burgers, meatloaf, etc. Grinds very well and quickly. Haven't had a single problem with it. Highly recommended.

This product is everything the manufacturer says it is. I have been using this grinder a little over a month and it works flawlessly. I've had this Sunmile for just over a year now, using it every 2-3 weeks to make a batch of cat food that includes around 30 chicken thigh bones each time, and it hasn't given me a lick of trouble. The only other cat food ingredients that go into the grinder are liver and salmon oil capsules, which or course run through very easily. So, no experience with muscle meats (aside from the little bit of chicken thigh meat that accompanies the bones), but considering how well it handles the chicken thigh bones, I wouldn't expect any issues grinding beef, pork, or game

I have used only once but it worked perfectly. Using the coarse grind I ground 4lbs of chicken gizzards and hearts and a complete chicken including bones. I did not grind the skin but plan to freeze it and grind at a later date. I ground this to use as a supplemental feed for my two cats. I cut it into pieces so it easily fit into the grinder. All bones ground with no problems. Did not offer to jamb or clog. Very easy to disassemble and clean when done. Meat ground was refrigerated but not frozen. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I bought this as an upgrade to my old 300 watt Warner grinder. It is like night and day. It cut my grind time to a third of what it took. It will grind the lower calf muscle on a white tail deer whole. If it will fit down the tube it will grind it up. I did this with refrigerator temp venison, if you chilled your meat it will grind even faster. I have put 2 deer through it so far, as I normally process 6 deer a year I will update at the end of the season.

I couldn’t be happier with the Weston 575W Meat Grinder. The instructions are complete and descriptive. By following them, it was easy to assemble, use, disassemble and clean it to be ready for its next use. The first thing I used it for was to process 2lbs of chuck roast. It took less than a minute to turn it into hamburger. DH’s mother used to make breakfast sausage patties from pork shoulder roasts. I’m on a search for her original recipe. Hopefully, with my Weston, I can surprise him and recreate one of her Sunday breakfasts.
