Nice size, well make, easy to use as a theft deterrent. Very visible device that is very easy to put on the bike when you get off to go inside someplace for a few minutes. Makes a potential thief have to cut or break it off to take the bike. More work for the thief that draws attention and may get you a witness to a theft if it occurs.

The motion sensor needs 5 seconds to finally operate well. Additionally, It is made entirely of metal, which makes it reliable, sturdy, and durable. Yes, it can withstand rust and harsh weather.

I have no complaints at all with this device. You should get an insurance discount, though small, for owning one, it is CRAZY loud for being so small, very sensitive ( I forgot I put it on one night and just by tilting my bike upward from it's kickstand position it went off and scared the @#$! out of me ), very affordable, and with all that it's DURABLE being made entirely out of metal. I wouldn't take my Ninja anywhere without it. Thank you.

Robust and sturdy built, not easily broken, and on and on. Kryptonite is a famous brand for securing vehicles from theft. And the New York Fahgettaboudit features a protective nylon cover with hook-n-loop fasteners to hold it in place. Plus, the anti-drill and anti-pull reinforcements are other cool features of this lock.

This chain and lock is no joke. Heavy and practically screams F off! Bought it to secure my new scooter. I'm glad I goth this length and not the shorter 3' one.

Fits perfectly, no complaints at all. Regarding the one or two reviews that said to stay away because you cut the brake line and make off with the bike, I say no kidding. This is to deter the quick grab and run theft. If they want the bike bad enough they will bring 4 big guys and lift it into the back of a truck. Regardless of any anti theft device, unless you bolt it to the ground. I give it two thumbs up, nuff said.

Three days after I got this an attempt was made to steal my bike. The Abus lock was a good deterrent. Better than the Oxford lock I had by far!
