It is hand free and easy to use. I have seen a big differences to my skin. I love it.

The neck should never be overlooked, according to modern skincare advice. Thankfully, this LED face mask (which includes a remote) also has a neck attachment, allowing you to get collagen-stimulating advantages for both your face and neck at the same time.

I like that I can do my treatment from home with out going to the dermatologist. The mask is comfortable and offers eye protection. I like the wide assortment of colors. I would like it if they made the fit more adjustable. Over all I think it is a great value.
