This thing is awesome, you need it. Make sure you get the green laser version. Tested it out in a very bright room and you can see the line very well no problems. I wasnt sure if this came with a hard case but it does. Very happy with it. The hard case includes a pair of green glasses so you don't go blind, a charger and a battery. I would also recommend you get the tripod accesory.

I have always wanted to get one and was always borrowing someone else's at the job. Don't like to do that all the time.
This tool is many times faster than a plumb bob and only requires one person to do the job related to the plumb bob task. There are many brands just as good as the Dewalt but I really lije the protective case and the price was right.

WOW!! I just received this and taking it out of the package I was impressed. It is a very sturdy product and packaged with extra batteries and a screwdriver to change the batteries with. For a company to put this much thought into their packaging I am sure this will be a wonderful product to use. I have turned it on and shown pictures here of the laser in a bright room from 32 inches. The laser line from 32 inches is plenty bright enough and measures about the same distance up and down and across that the laser is from the wall (32 inches). For this price, you cant go wrong.

This is a very strong tactical green laser pointer. It’s one of the most powerful lasers on the market, and it’s ideal for construction work, particularly during the day. Despite having just a 5 mW outpower power, it is four times more visible as a green laser than red lasers and works at a wavelength of 532 nm. It has a great range, reaching 300 feet during the day and 1000 feet at night. Construction workers require a more powerful laser pointer at times and a less powerful laser pointer at other times. This green laser can be adjusted, making it an excellent choice.

I came into the product with my first build. So I thought I'll buy some not so expensive accessories lets just say. I got this item and the brightness blew me away, the ease of mounting the ease of the sighting and adjustments. This product really impressed me for what I paid for it and what mounts you get with it. Will definitely purchase another.
