This laser cutter can cut a variety of materials. Wood, acrylic, MDF, and even clothes fabric are examples of materials. This high-end laser cutter is extensively utilized in sectors such as electrical power, sheet metal processing, spaceflight, electronics, subway components, car manufacture, electrical equipment, elevator equipment, advertising, lighting hardware, display equipment, metal goods, and others.

Suncoo’s 40W laser engraver combines novel light and mechanical motions to provide excellent accuracy and speed. It boasts a 1000-dpi resolution, a USB connector, a high-quality control board, precision stepping motors, and easy-to-use CorelDraw software. The machine starts with a 40W water cooling laser tube, but if you need additional power, you may upgrade to a 50W or 60W tube. Its hefty rectangular housing protects its interior electrical components and makes transporting it safer.

My newest toy,... eh, I mean newest tool. Less than $400 and works perfectly out of the box. Set up time about half an hour. Loading and discarding supplies software 2 hours. Finding, loading, and learning new software 3 hours. Watching it cut and engrave is fascinating. And yes, I will be adding air assist and modifying the bed. I'm very happy with this purchase. I'm using inkscape and K40 Whisperer on an old slow netbook and they work flawlessly (unlike the unusable software sent with the engraver). There is a learning curve but that's part of the fun for me.

It comes with its own software, however you may also use CorelDraw or LaserCRWe. The default GRBL high-performance software makes manipulating the machine simple. For g-code and free cornering. A temperature control system is included as well as a water temperature control system. Best value for money and engraving area. Moreover, the 0.026 mm resolution ratio allows practically any design to be engraved precisely. This engraver employs water cooling and runs between 5 and 45°C. It can cut and engrave at 3600 mm/min.

I purchased this laser to replace a cheap 40w Chinese laser I was having LOTS of problems with and I must say I am impressed. The features on this unit are worth the extra cash. And in reality this unit is MUCH cheaper than other competitors. I initially had an issue with the unit when it arrived and the seller was very quick to respond and help me A+++

The Orion Motor Tech 40W’s box-like design makes it easy to operate for most home users. It works well with non-metal materials and has predrilled holes for future additions. (Add the 50W or 60W laser tubes afterwards.) The machine also incorporates water-break protection. This CO2 laser engraver features a smoke and fume extraction fan and is made of durable CNC components. It has a 1000 dpi resolution and an operating temperature of 4 – 40°C. Best engraver under $1000 for amateur projects.

Within 30 minutes I had my first item made with this machine. I chucked the software away and use K40 Whisper to run the laser and Inkscape to design the files. I quickly learned a lot on how to use this laser and one key item was finding the laser's focal height. I regularly cut 3mm plywood and MDF. I took the exhaust cone out of the cabinet to give the full area the laser can be used. I would highly suggest the air injector type head to prevent flare ups when working with wood.

The Bibo can carve wood, leather, crystal, organic plastic, and textiles. The engraving accuracy is 0.01 mm and the printing/engraving area is 214 x 186 mm (0.0004 inches.) The layer resolution is 0.05-0.3mm, which is regarded good. It works with STL, OBJ, DAE, AMF, BMP, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and GCODE files. This is one of the less expensive laser cutters and engravers, but it features a better laser head and two cooling fans.

This Bibo 3D printer is incredible and They have so much detailed instructions included that you cannot go, wrong in setting this 3D printer up. Anderson Zhu gave me OUTSTANDING support and took care of any problem I had to the utmost efficiency. I would recommend this 3D printer for any beginner and also, this fine company. Best support company i have in many years past !!

This machine is ideal for engraving metal, 3D printing, or CNC carving, with a repeatability of 0.005mm.

Great unit, does everything advertised and easy to use and hands down the best assembly instructions I have ever seen. Great unit for anyone wanting to get into 3D printer, laser engraveing, CNC or like my self all 3 things but I wouldn't consider this unit to be for only beginners because I do have some experience in this market but with industrial scale and it can do some advanced things once you learn the basics.
Another big pro with this unit versus every other multi purchase unit is that it is a modular design and they are still developing add on like the and upgraded head units.

It is protected against unwanted use by the password feature. This laser cutter is perfect for workshops and industrial applications since it has a wide engraving bed and is heavy.

I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. This laser was pretty much plug and play. It cuts really well, even up to 3/16” plywood with little problem. Works with RD works and I love the pass through for cutting larger material.

The Morphon K-40 laser cutter has a 40W laser, a 12′′x8′′ cutting surface, and a 2500 DPI resolution, all at an unbelievable low price. This may be the equipment for you if you’re working on smaller projects that still need high power but don’t require all of the other features found on other laser cutters.

This machine is a real piece of industrial manufacturing equipment and can cause human and property damage and even the loss of life. Take it seriously and be mindful of it. Never be afraid to look or ask for help with this type of machine. Do not leave it unattended or even plugged in when not in use. Do not allow children to use or be around the machine while in operation. Use proper PPE while operating or making adjustments.

The Flux Beamo 30 W is marketed as an entry-level laser cutter, which it is. The Beamo is wonderful since Flux offers a support pipeline with their Beamo Studio software. You may also import from major apps like AutoCAD and Adobe. The flexible exhaust pipe enables you to move potentially dangerous smoke away from people and the work area. The BeamAir filtration equipment filters the smoke and air flowing from the machine, eliminating the need for windows or doors to ventilate.

I am brand new to laser cutting. Some laser cutters are way out of my price range, but I was able to fit the Beamo into my budget. I'm so glad I did! This machine is amazing! I have cut and etched wood. I have etched acrylic. The machine handled it with no problem. The software connects to the Beamo. There is a camera that lets you see the item on the laser bed so you can place your text or image exactly where you want it. The software isn't made for designing images, but you can use images designed in Illustrator, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Silhouette Studio, or Inkscape, and probably others. If you're looking for a good entry into the world of laser cutting and engraving, this is the tool for you!! I LOVE IT!!

Hi all! Today I decided to build a Raspberry Pi ad-blocker for my home wifi network. Building the Pi was easy, modelling the Pi and Router in Fusion360 was a little more of a challenge. With the GlowForge I was able to test out sizes, tolerances and clearances using cardstock before moving on to the final materials. The GlowForge makes the minor mistakes I made in measurements a worry-free process because of the flexibility I’m afforded by being able to use things like cardstock to test with. The operations compared to 3d printing and milling are far quicker to iterate and for that, this piece of equipment took no time at all to build. I can't fully express my satisfaction with this product.
