Compact, mini, and lightweight. The Trailblazer 200 Collapsible Lantern from L.L.Bean is easy to stow. Robust design with water-resistant and impact-resistant. This also can be an emergency flashlight during a power outage, making it part of an ultra-versatile lantern. Plus, the optical diffuser provides uniform area lighting.

Really throws the light nicely. Love that it compacts down to save space and protect globe from scratches. This comes in handy in so many ways. Will use canoe camping, horse camping, everywhere.

You can widen the light coverage by removing the outer globe and hang its body upside down by the D ring, thus the light will float, creating mesmerizing light throughout the area. For emergency signal, luckily this has a red LED light, so rescuer can find you promptly.

This is a really good lamp. While its a bit expensive, I think it is worth it as it has a very rugged feel to it. I would preferred to have bought one that takes AA batteries but that model was not available for shipping to me. This one takes large D size batteries, which I'm using at the moment. Still I bought a pack of plastic inserts which convert AA to fit the D size. It's a fantastic lamp to have in the house in the event of power cuts & emergencies!

These lamps are phenomenal! Used them when we lost power during Hurricane Irma and they really lit up our rooms. I mean, let's be reasonable - they're not going to light it up like a normal lamp would, but they do a great job for emergency usage. The quick pop-out feature is awesome. We actually just used them again during a different power outage as a result of a bad thunderstorm and we were so happy we have them. We just popped the lamp out when walking anywhere in the house and then closed it a bit when we needed less light. Awesome!

When in high mode, the 750 lumens lantern from CORE Equipped can last up to 10 hours. For the lantern to work properly, you need to mount the 4D batteries inside it. And to bring lights to every corner, this has a diffusion tube to lights large areas.

I purchased 2 of the lanterns for camping and/or when there was power outages and for the price they are amazing. They are really bright and light weight.

Multiple directional lighting. The CL26R from Fenix is a good investment if you want to have a super cool lantern. In addition, there is top magnetic absorption and tripod socket for effective light fixation and light source control. Just like the Fenix CL30R, this is also made with one-switch control for ease of use.

Perfect light for camping. Throws quite a bit of light for outside the tent and the lower setting are perfect for inside. USB rechargeable is so convenient since phones, bluetooth devices, flashlights, and more are all same.
