Starting with the Superfeet Green FullLength Insole, which is a great option for those with high arches who need support during exercise or when they’re on their foot for extended periods of time. The insoles’ deep and wide heel cups offer optimum support and stability, allowing you to better control your feet’ motion and posture. They also include a raised center section, which is particularly beneficial for those who have high arches.

I am a daily walker on pavement. I have probably 8 pairs of these inserts and put in all my enclosed shoes. These give the best support for my very high arches. They are washable and never seem to wear out. They are a bit pricey but being so long lasting makes them worth the price!

The RunPro Insoles by Currex are designed with runners in mind. The insoles are made to replace the inserts in your favorite sneakers, allowing you to receive the support you need without crowding them. They also have a three-zone design that claims to make running more comfortable. The insole is intended to cushion your foot in the center, while the heel provides support and absorbs shock.

These are rather expensive but are the only insoles that work for me. They are flat (zero-drop) and work well in my altra running shoes, providing just enough extra cushion and support. They are easy to trim to fit. I just use the insole that comes with the shoe and trace around it. I'm very glad they come in different arch sizes as often insoles have too much arch for me. I got the medium arch in these (though according to their fit guide, I should wear the high) and they are perfect.

Overpronators may have high arches as well. These orthotic insoles from Powerstep feature an angled heel shape and a high arch contour to address both if you require high arch support and an insole that prevents your feet from sliding inwards too much.

Of all of the insoles that I've purchased, these seem to offer the most support and feel the best. I liked them so much that I purchased two more sets for myself and two sets for my wife. Virtually no shoes (no matter how expensive) have arch supports. Any time that you get a new pair of shoes replace the crappy insoles with a quality pair. Don't wait for your feet to fall apart like I did.

I recently fractured 4 cuneiform bones in my midfoot. It’s been a long haul in healing, and now the only somewhat normal walking I can do is with maximum arch and midfoot support! Thank goodness I found this orthopedic support, it makes the most difference I’ve found.

Hands down the best orthotics out there!!!!! I have flat feet & lots of pain & these work great!!!! I’ve tried so many other brands but these are the sturdiest!!! They give amazing support for my fallen arches & provide so much relief of back pain & shin splints!

I really needed proper arch support and these insoles did just that! I can now go for long walks without the bottom of my feet aching in pain. These insoles can make your shoes squeak but a little baby powder will do the trick. Would highly recommend for anyone with sore feet!

When all you want to do is wander about without hurting your feet, Tread Labs Ramble is here for you. With these insoles that offer a nice combination of stability and softness, you’ll have a wonderful running experience. They get a lot of extra points for how comfortable they are. The heel cup wraps around the back of the foot securely to maintain the heel (and arch) in the proper position to benefit from the cushioning and softness.

I have very high arches and most inserts that come with shoes don’t work well for me. These do the trick and fit nicely in all my sneakers and boots.

Although support is crucial when you have high arches, cushioning should not be overlooked. Yes, support and cushioning are two distinct things! But, in this insole, you’ll get both of those qualities, and we’re glad to say that it’s gentle on the foot without sacrificing support. They’re designed to maintain your stride neutral and reduce stress on the ankle and knees by properly aligning the foot and preventing pronation or supination.

Up until he wore these my husband could not walk thru the grocery store without limping. His knees bothered him too much. Since he has been wearing these inserts, he has not limped. I plan to get him another pair in 4-6 months
