To put it mildly, the Hamilton Beach Indoor Grill is a beast. Well, let’s not go that far. It practically replaces your outside gas or charcoal barbecue. However, it’s fantastic grilling equipment that comes close to the results of an outside barbecue. It is capable of high heat searing and includes an adjustable temperature control knob (searing your food is the most important technique when trying to lock in the flavors). When the surface has been suitably warmed, indicator lights will turn on. And don’t forget about the dishwasher-safe dishes that come with the set.

This grill is great for cooking steaks, burgers, chicken, pork, etc. We have been using it more than our gas grill and it's easier to clean.
