Best product I've ever bought!!! I've used this on burgers, bbq, hotdogs. It heats up quickly and clean up is a breeze. I use it with vent on for indoor cooking. Its not really smokeless though. With burgers, created more smoke than I expected but result is awesome!!

I am enjoying this unit very much. I’ve made toast, fried eggs, grilled burgers and brats and will be trying waffles and a pork tenderloin this weekend. The grill/griddle/waffle plate are easy to switch and clean. The waffle plates are purchased separately from the basic unit. I love how easy it is to use and how well everything turns out.

The Hamilton Beach Searing Barbecue is a great indoor alternative to an outdoor grill for those who prefer not to cook outside. It will not cause smoke to fill your room, there will be no fuel to deal with, and it is almost completely ready to use straight out of the box. Turn the grill dial to “sear,” and after approximately 3 minutes, a green light will illuminate to indicate that it has reached the high heat searing temperature of 450 degrees. That’s your cue to put your steaks, burgers, pork chops, or fish fillets on the grill and cook them to your desired done-ness.

I rarely write reviews. This came today so my son and I made burgers. They were fantastic and so juicy! Clean up is so easy. Between this and their panini grilled, we are in heaven! Truly, this really is fantastic.
