This pack can be used anywhere on the body, however, some people may find it difficult to mold the ice pack to the shape of their body.

Great ice packs that stay cool, can be wrapped around almost any body part (even those of us with runner's calves), and are small enough you can put them in the tiny little door tray of your freezer. Good stuff!

This is a large ice pack that can be wrapped around your quad or used on your back without leaving any exposed areas. The gel packs feature a segmented design that distributes the gel uniformly. The gel stays flexible after freezing, making it easier to wrap around vulnerable regions.  The gel packs can also be used as a heat pack, and depending on the severity of your injury, you can also choose to exchange the cold pack for the heat pack.

The product was well packaged and easy to open. The quality of the gel pack was top shelf. Very soft shell and froze very quickly (3-4 hours). This was the best and longest chilling ice gel pack I’ve ever used and will be purchasing more of these as an active runner and basketball player.

It also has Super Flexible Technology, which ensures that it remains flexible no matter what. Simply place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours before applying for a maximum of 20 minutes each application.

Just had TKR surgery, it's ideally suitable especially because it fits snugly concentrating cold where needed. Highly recommend.
