The soft and flexible Platy Bottle, one of the simplest and smallest large-capacity hydration reservoirs available, contains two liters and can be rolled or folded as you drink to save room in your pack. The bottle comes with a standard screw top, but it may also be used with Platypus’ Drink Tube Kit, GravityWorks Filter System, or Push-Pull Cap.

Love this product. Very easy to use for transporting water while hiking or in the car on road trips.

According to Nathan, this 1.6 Liter Insulated Hydration Bladder keeps fluids 38 percent cooler than an uninsulated bladder. The hourglass design of the Hydrapack bladder prevents sloshing while you’re moving and after you’ve finished drinking. A 36 inch / 91cm non-kinking drink tube is included with the reservoir and may be adjusted to fit.

Less sloshing around compared to other bags. Way better than my old round style non insulated

It’s available in two sizes: 2 and 3 liters, so you can select the right size for your day walks. A HydroStatic Backerplate offers support to the hydration bladder, allowing it to sit flat on your back. The HydroStatic Backerplate also makes loading and unloading your hydration bladder from your backpack easier. The Osprey Hydraulics Reservoir features a Slide-Seal opening that makes it simple to fill and clean.

Gear worked very well for its intended purpose, no leaks and was easy to clean

Another excellent hydration bladder is the Gregory 3D Hydro Trek Reservoir. It’s available in two sizes: 2 liters and 3 liters, both of which are ideal for day hikes. Its shape lets it lie flat on your back for further comfort and support. The Gregory 3D Hydro Trek Reservoir also has a large hole for simple filling and cleaning. The bite valve is magnetic and attaches to your chest strap through an attachment. The Gregory 3D Hydro Trek Reservoir will effortlessly connect to the SleepClip attachment system on a Gregory hiking backpack, enabling it to remain in place while trekking.

Easy to fill - a real plus when your filling up on a backpacking trip. Multiple pouring/hanging options is a nice feature. Shape makes drying it out much simpler.

There are a few excellent features on the Platypus Big Zip EVO Reservoir that you’ll like. The top of the hydration bladder has a wide hole with a SlideLock lock, making it simple to fill, secure, and clean. It also has silver-ion embedded in it, which prevents germs and mold from growing. A self-sealing bite valve on the Platypus Big Zip EVO Reservoir prevents water from leaking and improves water flow rate. The hydration bladder is also BPA-, BPS-, phthalate-, and taste-free throughout. Some hydration bladders leave a strange taste in the water, but not the Platypus Big Zip EVO Reservoir! 

The Hydrapak Shape-Shift features a unique design that includes a central baffle that keeps the bladder together and prevents water from splashing about. It is incredibly compact (just 2 millimeters in depth) due to the central baffle and hence fits perfectly in most hydration system compatible backpacks. The Hydrapak hydration bladder is also reversible, which makes cleaning and drying a breeze. According to Hydrapak, the bladder may be cleaned in a dishwasher without difficulty, which is a significant benefit. For safe travel, the tube is detachable and has a high-flow bite valve with a twist locking mechanism.

The CamelBak Crux hydration bladder includes a snap cap closing, which sets it apart from the other products. Since the snap cap clasp is so large, you can easily reach into the bladder for complete cleaning. Furthermore, the snap cap opens and shuts in a quarter-turn, making refilling a breeze. The CamelBak Crux is comprised of very robust and elastic polyurethane, ensuring a long-term use. To prevent the formation of mold and germs, the material is further treated with an antimicrobial chemical. The biting valve is made of long-lasting silicone and has a high flow rate.

Hikers, mountaineers, and other outdoor enthusiasts like the Source Outdoor Widepac reservoir because of its simplicity and durability. To inhibit bacteria development, the bladder is comprised of a three-layer polyethylene polymer that has been treated with an antibacterial chemical. The Source Glass-Like technology in the polyethylene material makes it exceptionally smooth and simple to clean. The hydration bladder was a present for my husband. This one uses this when. cycling and camping. It delivers what it promises and he is absolutely satisfied with the quality.

When compared to the previous version, the new design saves a lot of weight and softens the pack significantly. It has two half-liter soft flasks up front, as well as an useful hook and pull cable system for getting the flasks down into the pockets when your pack is full. Lower dump pockets push food and gear to the side, spreading weight evenly over your rib cage and avoiding bouncing, and a rear pass-through pocket is perfect for quickly stashing a jacket or headlamp.

Soft, light and comfortable. Soft flask sits well in pocket. Fit easy to adjust. Pole holder works surprisingly well. Noticeable bounce. No side pockets. Great vest.
