These are very helpful for plantar fascitis. Very soft and comfortable on heel. Best to put on after your sock, if you put it direct on your foot it will slide around as your foot sweats. I wash it after each use but the stains from a black work sock didn't want to come out, not a big deal. But for comfort for a heel problem this is great!
