Connected and interfaces with the app fast and easily. After adjusting step length in the app it seems pretty accurate. Charging is a bit unique, as you remove the band and plug the watch directly into a USB charger. Don't need to keep a cable around or have the very specific charging clamp of a fit bit. Comfortable to wear. Only concern i have is the wear on the band over time, having to pop it off and on and off for charging, which is about once a week.

I love this FitBit! Battery power for me lasts 4 to 5 days. Waterproofing is incredible! I have worn it in lakes, showers and baths with no issues whatsoever. Sleep tracking and period tracking (ladies i am talking to you) is incredible. It predicts cycles based off of body temp which is incredible to me because it works! I am v irregular and it is able to tell me when my period will start even when it is not in the regular pattern. It learns about your sleep and body cycles and helps you keep track. I love it!!

You can sync your favorite music, podcasts, and audiobooks, and set it through this watch. Besides that, it can measure your blood oxygen, check your heart rhythm, and measure workouts as well.
I try to skip a generation of each watch because you could replace these things every couple of years if you get the latest. The 6 seems like a good place to upgrade, though. Works better at guesstimating my exercise metrics. Has a better longer-lasting battery. Good new faces. it has O2 readings, too, although this is an iffy addition. My readings always are around 97, so I'm not sure it's an important reading unless it sets off an alarm if you go low and might have Covid. ...
