As they’re made of cotton and spandex, they’re extremely flexible and dry rapidly if they become wet. The sole offers impressive arch support without being too compressive.

I bought these socks to wear in the hospital when I give birth. They're comfortable and non slip, so exactly what I wanted! For reference, I wear a women's 6.5, so I bought the medium.

They have an understated design and are made of cotton, so they’re comfy all day and won’t draw too much attention to themselves. Allow your toes to be free while still reaping the advantages of these sticky socks from Gaiam. You’ll be amazed to find that you can ground the Standing Split and Tree positions better than you ever could barefoot. The grips on these socks are great, and they are strategically placed on the footbed. However, you could feel a little confined as your toe webbings are enveloped by the fabric, which takes some getting used to.

These are my favorite socks for barre and pilates. Great grip and quality. Better than all the other exercise socks I have.
