If you like a firmer golf ball, Velocity is the one for you. The distance is caused by the two-layer architecture and mild compression. For someone with a slow to medium swing speed, this will provide the maximum distance. Because the ball has considerable height, it may gain some spin heading onto the green. It’s nothing out of the ordinary, but it’s not going to bounce and go off the green.

I just started using the matte green Velocity last year and love them. Maybe don't check up enough on the green but for a mid handicap they work just fine. The brilliant green is also so easy to find plus discerning when playing with other golfers using white or yellow. Love the finish. Highly durable too.

When compared to a pure distance ball, hitting the E6 feels rather soft, so there’s no longer sensation like you’re hitting small pebbles upon contact. The ball has an ionomer cover, therefore it won’t perform as well around the greens as a urethane-covered ball, but it is softer than two-piece golf balls. This ball is intended to be one of the finest golf balls for mid-handicappers searching for distance off the tee and with longer clubs in their bag.

Nothing to dislike really. For a slow swing speed this golf ball gives me a chance to keep up with my younger playing partners.

In its 11th edition, it’s a two-piece structure, although Srixon has lowered the compression to 60. That’s better than the current ultra-low trend, and it’s wonderful for us. The inference is that distance from the tee with more moderate compression is greater than distance with compressions less than 50 at our typical swing speeds. Srixon has also lowered the cover’s thickness while increasing its suppleness.

If you currently hit the ball pretty straight and want to add extra greenside spin, the Duo Professional might be ideal for you. The major reason you should choose this ball over the others is that it has a greater greenside spin. One thing to keep in mind is that it has greater sidespin. The compression rating is roughly 60, making it suitable for players with medium to slow swing speeds. It’s not as soft as Soft Feel, but it’s a lot softer than Velocity.

This is a top of the line golf ball. Urethane cover, 3 piece construction, and $15.00 cheaper than comparable premium balls. It's a no-brainer !

This ball is comparable to the Duo Professional, however, if you want more wedge spin but like Taylormade balls, this might be the ball for you. For mid-handicappers, the Tour Response is their finest overall ball. It’s quite straight, has a lot of distance, and spins effectively. If you’re acquainted with Taylormade, you’ll recognize this ball as the replacement for the Project (a) ball from a few seasons ago. That ball captivated a large number of people.

Friend at my Club recommended these. Quality golf ball at a reasonable price. Every bit as good at ball costing more. Great distance, good soft feel putting and wonderful spin around the greens. I am an older senior single digit golfer and this ball performs very well.

If you’re looking for the finest women’s golf balls, consider the Callaway Supersoft. They are the softest balls in the line and may provide the most forgiveness. Most importantly, they come in five high-visibility colors and feature an ultra-low compression core (40). An ionomer is used for the outer layer of a two-piece structure. It may improve greenside control by allowing the balls to fly more directly.

I found them to be exactly as expected. They were straight with additional distance for a mid handicap golfer like myself

If you’re looking for a premium-level three-piece ball, you won’t find a better deal than the Srixon Q-Star Tour in this price bracket. If you’re a good mid-handicapper who consistently shoots in the 80s, this ball might give you the edge to eventually break 80. The low 75 compression core reduces spin on longer shots to create long straight drives, particularly at moderate swing speeds.

Great price for the golf balls. They play well having good distance and feel on short shots. Cover is tough and will last a few rounds if you don't lose it first.

They perform on par with all of the top balls and are as near as you can come to the ProV1 golf ball in terms of performance. Except that it’s a lot less expensive.
