Cubes of brine shrimp have been compressed. They’ve even got a little spirulina in them! Brine shrimp are a wonderful source of protein and may also be used as a fish laxative. So it’s OK if you feed them several times a week, but you probably don’t want to feed them every day.

I go through these like crazy and I hate forking out the money on them because they are quite expensive, but the results are priceless. The fish love them and their growth rates are fantastic with great colors to boot too!

The larvae of non-biting midge flies are bloodworms. These are an excellent way to boost the protein content of your angelfish diet. Frozen bloodworms are also available, although they’re mainly water. Your fish will get more concentrated nutrients when they are freeze-dried. They float for a long period, allowing fish plenty of opportunities to eat them.

My fish trying eat it, but not always.. I don't know about flavor (fish did not tell me)... But I give it them once in 3 days for a variety of food...
