I love it I'm a boxer 10 years fighter now this bag is great I put 100 pounds of Sand in the base. Yes it moves around when hit but look when you in a fight you want your opponent standing still but that's not reality he or she will be moving. Filling the base do not rush be patient it's worth it.

This Everlast backpack is one of the best entry-level items on the market. Everything about this bag is well-made, from the plastic base to the bag itself. The cover of the bag revealed no traces of sloppy manufacturing, and the graphics were pretty striking. This bag will suit lightweight boxers who don’t need as much padding as this one, and the less padding seems to boost the sound produced by this bag when hitting hard.

Easy set up. Bought five sand bags and would recommend sand vs water. My brother is pretty tall, so it helps that we were able to adjust the height. The stand doesn't take too much room and my brother was able to set it up in the corner of his room.
