So i ordered two of these kits so i would have one in my truck and one in my hiking pack. The one in my hiking bag came in handy when we were 5 miles on top of a mountain and my dad split his head open on a tree branch. There were plenty supplies to stop the bleeding.

You’ll also get the addition of survival supplies that you wouldn’t generally see in this price range, such as fishing line and lures, a wire saw, and a firestarter. A considerate addition for overseas travelers is the inclusion of country-specific emergency phone numbers (police, hospital, and first-responders) on the front flap.

This is a gift for my son for Christmas, so he hasn't opened it yet. I imagine that he will be thrilled with this first aid and survival kit. He loves to go hiking and sometimes goes alone, so I will worry less when he takes this as his companion. Thanks for the speedy delivery and excellent packaging!

This kit isn’t too large for journeys where pack space is limited since it weighs just over 12 ounces and is the diameter of a ping pong paddle. However, it includes everything a small party needs for a weekend adventure. The clearly visible supply list on the rear of the vinyl shell was liked by testers, and each compartment is identified with its contents. The whole item folds up like a toiletry kit, making it easier to get everything you need in a hurry.

This is a well thought out kit. Heavy duty scissors which I use to cut out burrs that get tangled in my dogs hair. Extra storage vial is nice to pack your own medications. It even has room for a small roll of vet wrap. Overall I am pleased with this kit.

This thorough first aid kit is intended for a small company or to be hung on a wall at home. If you’re camping with a big company and don’t mind the 2.8 lb weight, you’ll be well prepared for your next adventure. It can accommodate 100 people, so it’s definitely overkilled for most excursions. It’s ideal if you manage a daycare or need to be able to treat your employees successfully before medical aid comes.

Just what the doctor ordered!!! All kidding aside, we have not had to use this First Aide Kit yet, but we are very pleased with its overall quality and the abundance of first aide supplies within it. I feel that we got a lot of medical first aide supplies for the dollars spent. And the case is high quality as well.

Because not everyone is an expert in wilderness medicine, having a guidebook is a good idea. Irrigation syringes are useful for cleansing wounds or abrasions, and it’s lovely to see one here. The kit is pretty thorough, with materials to stop life-threatening bleeding from animal attacks to mistakes with that camping axe, as well as a waterproof trauma pack to give CPR, fix fractures, and cover burns.

[...] This our hiking/go-bag kit, so it mainly stays in the car, or in our closet. My family have very little training, so the guide is good reassurance if I happen to not be with them, or if I’m incapacitated in some way. Worth. Every. Penny.
