It is a great bike. Easy to set up. It said it came with a free 2 month trial of JRNY but there was nothing in the box,but I got in contact with bowflex and they gave me a free year of the JRNY app. I recommend doing the initial workout if you are using the JRNY app so you can get workouts tailored to you.....
