If you buy this set of the griddle, you will get a large hot plate, a wooden batter trowel, and a small spatula, that will be your nice friend when you cook your meals for your family. You also can easily wash it by only wipe it with a damp cloth and a non-abrasive soap or dishwashing detergent. Then, make sure that you wipe it with a clean, soft, damp cloth and towel dry to keep the quality of it.

I bought this to replace a large rectangular griddle that takes up too much space. Mainly used for warming/cooking tortillas, french toast, 1 large or two small pancakes. Love that the temperature control is in front and not an oversized probe that sticks out like traditional griddles. Wiping clean with a paper towel is all that's needed. Thanks to Target for price matching I got a few dollars off.

We researched a tonne of griddles. This one is pricey but so worth it. If you let it heat properly the heat distributes thoroughly and no hot spots. Cooks 8 small pancakes or 6 larger ones evenly! Easy clean up, I just wipe surface with warm soapy cloth. Love this griddle and wish we bought sooner.

So far its is great to cook on. We use this while camping. Have made mainly breakfast foods and nothing has burnt. I would prefer to cook "fried" eggs on here rather than in a pan for sure. My pancakes have been a nice golden color. Very happy with this purchase. Took a long time and an extra order to get was my only downside.
