The deal on 90% of the electric knives for me is the button on the bottom that have to be pulled slightly rearward to operate making nearly impossible to keep a grip and apply pressure when you are up to your elbows in Prime Rib juice :-)
The button on the to is perfect as that is where you apply pressure anyway.
The blades are sharp. The cleanup was easy. It mowed through (2) 15 lb Prime Rib with little effort!

It’s an electric knife offered by Mister Twister that guarantees you will filleting your fish or any other thing such as chicken and turkey easier and practical. It also designed with a safety lock to ensures your hand is totally safe while using it.

After trying several different electric knives I decided to give this one a try. I also ordered the longer blade. I don't use it for fish. I use this little gem for meat roasts, chicken and turkey. The trigger is well designed and easy to push. This knife zips through the toughest cuts. Carving dinner is no longer a battle. The only down side is the coiled cord. I wish it was available with a straight cord. Other than that small flaw this knife is perfect. The green and yellow case amuses all who see it.

This is a well made, sturdy electric knife. I love that it comes with replacement blades. Only thing I would change would be the tacky bag they send with it to keep it in, even the less expensive knives usually come in an adequate storage case, the blades don't fit in the one that came with it but that is only a minor issue and in no way affects the performance of the knife

This is a very good electric knife that was bought to replace an identical model that I used for several years. I dropped the first one on a tile floor and broke it, but I liked it enough to seek out the same model. It is comfortable in the hand and cuts very well.
