The noise cancellation is rather effective. It is tricky to recommend general-purpose wireless earphones for sleeping since you will have to make a compromise somewhere. You’ll have to consider such things as small size, extended battery life, effective noise cancellation, and adequate comfort levels. However, you can’t have them all with Apple AirPods Pro right now.
