Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Is a 20V drill better than 12V?
Neither is superior to the other. The only thing that matters is the kind of job that needs to be done. If you are only a casual user, 12V is adequate. However, if you are working on anything difficult, heavy-duty 20V drilling is the best option. Remember that the higher the voltage, the greater the torque required.
What is a drill?
Simply put, drilling or a drill is a machine used to make holes in a variety of materials, including walls, timber, stainless steel, and other surfaces. Drilling can also be used to help mount nails in small spaces.
How do I choose a drill?
Before purchasing new drilling, consider the following points:
1. Voltage rating
2. Chunk
3. Battery
4. and its ergonomic design
What size drill is best?
It is determined by the surface to be drilled. The 1/4-in chuck is ideal for light work, the 3/8-in chuck is suitable for a wide range of applications and is primarily intended for home use, and the 1/2-in chuck is perfect for professionals.

1.COMOWARE
Cobalt Drill Bit Set - M35
Twist Design and Performance
For your peace of mind, a 100% satisfaction guarantee is provided. The Comoware cobalt drill bit set is made of High-Speed Steel (HSS) for reliability and is a good contender against hard surfaces like hard plastics, wood, and stainless steel. It also has a precise 135° split point, round straight shanks, and gold finishes.
Owning a boat we use in salt water requires stainless steel, or you have a rusty mess. One plate of 1/4 in was so tough I had trouble getting one hole with a high speed bit. Cobalt does so much better, and if I lubricate to keep bit cool they last. I don't even hesitate when drilling stainless, I just go for cobalt. These work great.

This product is excellent. I tried to drill a hole on a stainless steel plate. Before buying this drill set, I used my regular drill bits and could not make a dent on the plate after 5 minutes. I gave up, searched Amazon for a better tool and bought this one. Upon arrival, I tried it and in several seconds, a 1/2" hole was complete.

The tough bit for drilling stainless steel like butter. The Bosch Cobalt M42 pieces are made of aluminium with 8% cobalt for a longer life cycle. It also has a three-flat shank and can withstand high temperatures.
I have drilled steel, both carbon and stainless, aluminum and wood. Very sharp so they do not bounce. When used with a cutting fluid you can really use a high feed rate. Should have bought a set like this decades ago.

I wasn't expecting much for what little I paid but , boy, was I surprised. I've used all but the 1/16" and 1/8" bits and I'm still using 'em on mild steel, carbon steel and brass, not a single problem. I haven't even had to grind 'em yet but will probably have to touch 'em up soonish. Remarkable for such an inexpensive set. Definitely worth having, at this price you can't go wrong.

Conclusion
The drilling process involves the use of a bit that will fully perforate the surface. Aside from size, the drill bit’s selection is followed by the suitability of the surface and the strength of the drilling. Make sure to pay close attention to the bit’s material. And last but not least, carbide bits are sufficient for a soft surface, whereas high-speed steel bits are optimal for a hard surface or hard metal.
