It recommends the 50-mg bath bomb for pain levels one through three, the 100-mg bomb for pain levels four through six, and the 200-mg bomb for pain levels seven through ten.

These are best of both worlds! Super luxurious and filled with cocoa butter solids like my favorite Lush bomb, but also packed with CBD to really genuinely relax me after a tough day. Can't recommend more
