I looked around amazon at several Laser Cat Toys and choose this one. I'm glad I did. My Cat loves it! After putting batteries in I hung it on the chain by the front door to give the cat more room in the hall. At first the Cat was more interested in where the laser was coming from (smart cat) but after a few minutes the chase was on. The laser moves just fast enough for my cat to keep an eye on it. It runs for five or ten minutes then shuts off which is fine because it gives my cat a rest. I recommend this toy.
