However, these safety glasses are quite pleasant to wear, and because of their Oakley-style design, you might even consider replacing your everyday sunglasses with these.

These two-piece welding glasses are great if you want to adjust the tint without auto-darkening. In addition, these will be most appropriate for a hobby welder that works on a variety of projects. However, normal glasses will not work with them, and you may be better off with a welding hood if you want to conduct a lot of arc welding, as they provide no UV protection for your skin.

They have a real color view option that gets rid of the green tint and makes it easier to see the weld. This piece of welding glass is light and can be worn with a hard hat or welding respirator. Also, they work well in tight spaces where welding helmets don’t work as well. However, they can’t replace a welding helmet in terms of safety for welders.
