Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
In case you don't know...
How do you take care of aquatic plants?
Aquatic plants thrive when exposed to 10 to 12 hours of light every day. Leaving the light on for an extended period of time will not compensate for the poor lighting. It’s also critical to maintaining a regular day/night cycle. To ensure a regular photoperiod, utilize a timer or digital power center if your aquarium light doesn’t even have a built-in timer.
How do you look after live aquarium plants?
They, need regular water changes to help control algae. A healthy substrate, frequent dosing with aquatic plant fertilizer, plant growth-enhancing lighting, and CO2 injection are all ideal ways for any freshly planted aquatic plant to thrive.
How long can Aquatic plants stay out of water?
Most aquarium plants may survive for 2 to 3 days without water if their leaves are kept wet. Wrapping your aquarium plants in damp paper towels is an easy way to keep them hydrated.
Do aquatic plants clean water?
Aquatic plants are essential for keeping a healthy water garden or pond. They not only absorb CO2 and release oxygen into the water, thereby enhancing the habitat for fish, but they also collect minerals from the water. This fertilizer decrease results in cleaner water and fewer algae.

Aquatic Arts
Anubias barteri
Hiding space for your guppies
This plant comes straight out of a dedicated tank, so you can be certain that it will arrive in good condition. This is an excellent plant for aquariums that are quite shallow and tiny. It will barely reach a height of a few inches and will be broader than tall. It has very broad and wide leaves. These leaves will give plenty of hiding spots for your guppies.
Very nice plant. Dark green leaves that grow in bunches. Looks great in my tank. Fish and invertebrates love it.This plant's growth rate is very, very slow and it will not take over the tank. Best for foregrounds.

It also doesn’t need much in the way of fertilizer or nutrients, and it can thrive in a variety of water conditions. It’s an excellent plant for beginners who don’t want to devote too much time to plant care.
Plants came in happy and healthy! :) Many with runners already sprouted ready to make more. I’m super excited for these to take off in my tank!

Aquatic Arts
Moneywort
Flower-like stems
This is a highly interesting and one-of-a-kind alternative to consider. Long, thin flower-like stems with rounded, flat, and extremely short leaves characterize moneywort. This plant grows at a reasonable rate, and the leaves reach a respectable size. The undersides of the leaves create excellent hiding spots for your guppies who need a break from the aquarium’s hustle.
A lot came! It survived some fairly cold weather on my porch while I was at work. Apparently it's better as a floating plant, so I let half of them float and planted the rest. I'll see which one does better. They're attractive and came very healthy. I would buy again from this seller.

Aquarigram
Amazon Frogbit
Nearly-perfectly spherical leaves
The Amazon Frogbit, a floating plant from Aquarigram, is known for its nearly-perfectly spherical leaves. It can produce beautiful white blooms in addition to the brilliant green foliage, making the top of your tank rather appealing. This species requires a large tank because it can swiftly expand and take over a smaller aquarium. They prefer warmer water, although they can survive in the cold; it simply slows down their growth.
The frog bit plants have tripled in number since I added them last month. My cherry shrimp love hanging out on the bottom of the leaves and among the hanging root system. The plants also helped control a hair algae explosion I was having.
