This air purifier helps to filter out pet dander, which can cause allergic reactions in some people. It has an UltraHEPA filter, which is 100 times more effective than a normal HEPA filter and has been independently tested to filter out particles as small as 0.003 microns, versus 0.3 microns. Very easy to set up... I checked the various rooms in my house and they were all clear and good... I have two pets, so it's comforting to know the allergens will disappear... light to handle and move around and its a pretty neutral piece of equipment and not bulky at all.. I'm very noise sensitive, but this is very quiet and yes I do hear it but it's easy to forget. Air smells better when ions are on. Noticed when we cook it gets going and clean out odors well.... very happy with it so far... (been 1 week)

Its most noticeable feature, though, is its cutting-edge design, which allows critical information to be viewed from afar.

This purifier was very straightforward to set up and get running. Although it’s on the larger side, it is pretty light and easy to move around your space. It’s not an eyesore, either. I like that it has options and settings depending on what your needs are, and a timed setting. I was also surprised by how quiet it is, there is a nice hum similar to a white noise machine.

This is one of the best purifiers on the market. The filters are washable it takes the dust and smoke out of the air and I’m not waking up congested anymore. Also the one filter that isn’t washable is the carbon filter but it comes with 3 replacement filters. I’m glad I got this and HIGHLY recommended it to anyone looking for a air purifier.

This product is perfect to control pet odor! Our dog sleeps in our office at night, and every morning when I open the door I get punched in the face with the smell of dog and an overwhelming breath of dog fur. I wanted something to purify the air so I don't have to hold my breath to go into that room. I did not want to spend a ton of money so this product instantly appealed to me. The reviews were great so I decided to give it a try. The first day I noticed cleaner air and after a few days no more smell of dog!! The room is pretty small, around 10'x10'. I do notice a slight smell of dog if the door stays open all day so I try to keep it closed or at least just cracked to let this sanitizer do its job.

I've had a problem with excessive dust. Probably due to my two dogs. I've had this unit now for about a week and I am impressed with how well it has significantly reduced the dust accumulation. We'll see how long the filter lasts but so far I am very happy with this purchase.

For the majority of pet owners’ demands, this combination is the ideal air filter for pets.

I love the Winix products. This is my third one to buy...and all are still working fine. The machine is a little loud when it’s onTurbo, but quiet, otherwise. It does a good job cleaning the air and getting rid of odors. My cats keep it really busy, though. Great machine, in my opinion, and worth the money.

Love the modern look and new design with the clean air blowing out the top rather than the back of the unit. Seems to handle a lot of air flow and it's already proving to quickly clear the dust and smells from the air in my family room. Only issue I had was the packing tape and sticker leaving glue residue when I peeled them off the unit. No biggie... this air purifier is a winner!
