Things you need to know
Who is toddlers?
Toddlers are children aged about 12 to 36 months old, though definitions vary. This term is usually used for babies who have started learning to walk. However, since the baby's development is various, if your baby has celebrated their first birthday, they've automatically been promoted to toddlerhood.
Are floats safe for toddlers?
Floats can be safe with super close supervision from parents. Of course, the type of float used must be considered. The duration is also limited. Use them for an hour and then take them off and give your child some experience in the water without them on.
What to look for when buying floats for toddlers?
Safety is a non-negotiable point. It's pointless to wear a float that's adorable but dangerous. So make sure this value is met. The second is size because a float that is too loose or too tight will not be comfortable to wear. Moreover, it also has implications for safety. The rest is up to you.
How to keep toddlers safe in the water?
The best way is to make sure your child wears a weight-appropriate flotation device. However, no matter how good swimwear is, it still has the risk of accidents, so you shouldn't take your eyes off the kids. Also, know what to do in an emergency; make sure you can swim and understand CPR.

This life jacket is super adorable and stylish, which makes swimming lessons less stressful. Put on like a jacket using the zip-up front, while the bright colors make it easy to spot your child in a crowd. Made with high quality and lightweight materials, your child won't want to get out of the pool.
Brought this for my 6 year old. Great quality and light weight. He used it all week for swimming lessons stage 1. He wasn't restricted as before with arm bands or rubber ring. Definitely improved his confidence in the water. Taking it to Malta this weekend, its perfect for paddling in the sea and pool. Washes well on a hand wash. Isn't balky so easy to pack. I wouldn't recommend for very small children under 2. Would highly recommend

This product is super versatile. It can be used as a back float and kickboard combination for your little one so that he can choose which version he wants to use. For maximum buoyancy, insert the kickboard between the two yellow floats and clip the strap around the chest, making sure it's firmly in place. Thus, your little one can be more confident during swimming lessons.
My son is 5 and is confident in water, he has his 5m badge so can swim a little bit. This was perfect for our recent holiday as it allowed him to stay in the pool for longer durations and assisted him when he was tiring. I would say he is the perfect ability level for this. ... it does require the child to keep their own head above water and to be able to navigate themselves in the right direction. Much better than armbands in that it didn't leave any red sore marks after lots of daily use.

This float comes in a set of four lightweight discs, a great way to keep children afloat while also giving them the freedom of movement. You can wear two each on the arm if your little one is still a beginner, or just one to improve his swimming skills. Furthermore, the material is strong and durable allowing it to be used for a long time.
These are great and what they use in my daughter's swimming lessons. She much prefers them to blow up ones (and can be pretty funny about change). Also helpful to get four - two per arm is sufficient for non swimmers and then you can reduce to one with water confidence.

With this kickboard, the child's balance will be much better and more stable, making him more confident in the water.
This life jacket is designed for those who already have the ability to swim and just need a little help. The simple design allows the child to make a lot of movement without being blocked by a float. Moreover, it is easy to put on and off.
My Son literally fell in love with the bright colours! I was impressed at how easy it was to slip the vest on and off. Also, it takes up very little space. And did you know that it dries up pretty quickly too?

When you are sure enough your little one can sit quietly on the float, it's time to take them for a spin in this 0-12 months baby swim float that can withstand the weight up to 11 kg. The bright yellow color supports high visibility and is able to brighten everyone's mood. The size is designed in such a way that it remains stable on the water.
Perfect for what I needed. It would be better for older babies but for our young baby its perfect for a bit of extra support whilst she was in the pool and I was holding her.
Look at this life vest! The design is very chic which makes children enthusiastic about wearing it. It includes 8 simple-to-remove floats to adapt to your child's needs and progression so that movements are not restricted. In addition, it is lightweight and easy to pack making it perfect to carry on vacation.
