No need to argue about Helly Hansen’s quality. Its Helly Tech performance ensures the rain jacket to be waterproof, breathable, and windproof. The design is roomy but not boxy, it won’t be cramped if you use an underneath layer. Not to mention about its practicality which allows you to stow it into its own pocket and grab it whenever the sky opens.

This Jacket was just was I was looking for in Summer. It's very light, and keeps you dry even on the worst showers. The material is soft and it will keep you just warm enough for around 15 degrees, but you will need an extra layer if it's lower than that (that's the whole purpose). If you need to pack it, it folds on it's own pocket and becomes like a small cushion that you can keep on your backpack/purse for unexpected showers.

This raincoat is the best mix of stylish and function. The blend of elastic waist and A-shape may accentuate your shape and make you appear slim. Plus, this raincoat reaches to the middle of the thigh, long enough to protect you, but not cumbersome. It provides warmth, but won’t overheat you.

It totally held up in rainy England!! This is a perfect travel coat. It also kept me so warm I didn't need to wear a sweater underneath which gave me more more. I might get another in a different color! I've also washed it twice now on delicate cycle and hung dry. Made well.

When the weather is on the edge, this universal rain jacket is great for everyday use, with a clean feminine cut and comfortable range of motion. Despite of its simple design, this raincoat still looks great. The material is lightweight, breathable, windproof, and not puffy. You can totally enjoy the summer breeze without feeling like using a jacket at all.

I bought a rain suit to wear on my bike and the jacket was really heavy. So I bought this and really love it. It is light weight and has great air vents in it that keeps the air flowing thru and it also is a great rain jacket. You don't get wet, or hot (air vents). I use this and put away the jacket that matches my rain pants.

It is easy to deal with light showers as long as this raincoat is with you. Simple but flattering. There are fifteen colors to choose from which are all appealing on each way. Since it is set with a matching pouch, you can squeeze it into incredibly tiny shape, then toss it into your bag without taking up your space.

This jacket worked perfectly for my trip to England this summer. It rolls up and goes into a pouch to be unbelievably small, and so it was easy to toss into my backpack and carry it with me everywhere I went. Since it rained almost everyday I was there at some point, I had lots of opportunities to have to pull it out and put in on. It worked really well in light rain and drizzle. It kept me dry, and the jacket dried extremely quickly itself after getting wet.

The North Face has been recognized for the quality of its products. Trust me, this jacket will last for years since you purchase it. This jacket’s selling point is its versatility since it works great as a rain coat as well as a casual jacket for daily use. It is packable, throw it in your back pack and you’ll not realize you’re carrying it.

This is a great jacket for rain year-round. I usually buy my jackets a size up however, so that in cold weather I can wear something underneath this shell. Great overall jacket, and it's really nice that it's packable into one of the pockets. That makes it easy to throw in a backpack or suitcase. I've had many north face products and have yet to have one fall apart on me. And even if they did, they would probably fix or replace it due to their warranties.
