You will be able to keep fishing happily and happily even though the extreme weather occurs.

Love it for the most part. Can imagine that the hip pockets hidden under the cargo pockets will probably fill with water in heavy rain though. Would be better with a zip.

The Whisper rain jacket is exactly what I hoped it was going to be. It was silent, surprisingly lightweight, comfortable, warm, breathable, waterproof, and windproof (as tested in some very windy conditions with light snow). A perfect jacket for big days in the mountains, or just to pop down to the shops. 10/10 would recommend.

I love this coat so far. The jacket fits like a glove. I'm 5'9" and 160 lbs. I went by the sellers sizing chart. I ordered a medium. It has been rainy, windy and the weather in Boston has even reached below -4°F for the last few days. The wind protection is also very good. The coat kept me very warm. The fleece lining in the jacket and hood has a very nice feel to it. I will update more when the weather is much colder. I would still highly recommend this jacket.
