This is an almost perfect snack. The combination of flavours is delicious. The nutrition numbers are good including protein and fibre. Of course there's some sugar and some carbs and some sodium ~ it's a snack, you remember. But even these numbers are reasonable. On an extremely health-conscious diet, it's my guiltless indulgence!
