In this type of pill shooter, you will find two types of tip syringes, one for giving solid capsules and the other for feeding liquid. This pill shooter is highly recommended for the use of small pills. The ring fingers make it easy to administer medication to your cat.

I have to give my senior cat 1/4 pill of Pepcid every day, which he does NOT like. This gun allows you to fill it up with water and place the pill at the end. I'm able to shoot the whole thing down the "hatchet" before he really knows what's happened. It's much less stressful for both of us. It came with 2 additional tips but I have no use for them as of yet.

Best way to give pills to your pets. If they seem to stick to the syringe, coat the pill with cornstarch by rolling it around in a little bit then load the pill in the syringe tip. No more fighting with the pet to get them to swallow it. place the sringe in the corner of the pets mouth, so the pill is as far into their mouth as you can get it, push the plunger and the pill pops into the back of their mouth resulting in the pet automatically swallowing it. Easy! My cats refuse the pill pockets and spit out the pills so this is the best for me to give medications. Tip is soft and holds the capsule or tablet securely.

So grateful for finding this pill popper! Made things much easier for giving my cat is thyroid medication twice a day! Just shoot it to the back of his mouth and they auto reflux swallows it. Haven't had a need for the thinner liquid shooter one but the wide pill popper one has worked fantastic! Much less stressful trying to shove the pills down your cat's throat. Another tip is if you have two people, one holds the cat and the other one does the pill popper. But I've also managed to do it on my own as well. Sooooo glad I ordered this!!
